Makelele Sound System

Makelele Sound System is a Music project led by collaborating members  Mudogo from Goma, DRC (Vocals), and Masaka Masaka from Kampala, Uganda (Production). The duo met in Kampala in 2020, where they began experimenting with their shared interest in blending house, techno, and dembow rhythms with electronic beats.

Inspired by the dazed yet functional club scene in Kampala, where one can find almost any kind of music, East African Club Resource is a 6-track EP (Releases 21st Feb 2025) that explores shared interests in Deconstructed  Sounds for a Steamy Floor.
